CEREMONY AUDIO PACKAGES

Your Ceremony Music will set the tone for your "I Do's", and is the first thing your guests will experience when they arrive on your big day. Our Ceremony Audio Packages come with an experienced sound tech (typically your reception DJ/MC), clean and professional ceremony audio equipment (for either indoor or outdoor venues), and wireless or lavaliere microphones for your officiant, you and your fiance. We'll help you choose music that fits your personality, whether its classical instrumental music, a collection of your most cherished love songs, or any other style of music that fits your unique personality. Your videographer is welcome to hook into our speaker system to record your vows so your wedding video will have clear and crisp audio.

Pricing listed for ceremony audio is only applicable when booked in conjunction with reception DJ services.

For Standalone Ceremony Audio Service (if no reception DJ service booked), pricing is as follows:

Standard Ceremony Audio | $400
Wireless Ceremony Audio | $475

For Ceremony Audio Service booked in combination with a Reception DJ Package:

Standard Ceremony Audio | $250

RECEPTION DJ/MC PACKAGES

Blue Diamond Events DJs/MCs have been professionally trained to ensure your night runs smoothly from start to finish. Your DJ will be provided with a timeline and playlist, carefully pieced together by you and your assigned wedding specialist, with all the details you provide for your big day. He/she will come with a huge arsenal of music, on top of your requested playlist. They will also check in on you throughout the night, and to be sure you're happy and ready for each event (cake cutting, first dance, etc.) before announcing them. Our DJs work closely with venue staff to ensure your food and beverages are served on time as well.

Our Pro Host DJs have been working in the industry for a minimum of 2 years. He/she is knowledgeable in most musical genres and decades. They are NOT Spotify DJs, and can mix songs smoothly and without radio silence.

2021 - 2022 Elite Host DJ:MC Starter Rec

Our Elite Host DJs are seasoned, professional DJs and Emcees that have been successful in the industry for many years and have the experience and knowledge it takes to host an amazing event! They have an extensive library of music and know how to read a crowd and mix it up when necessary to keep your guests dancing and moving all night long. Our Elite DJs do take requests and do LIVE mixes!

Our Elite Bilingual Host DJs are seasoned, professional DJs and Emcees, fluent in both Spanish + English, that have a proven track record that they can mix any and all types of music, in any language, decade, or genre - seamlessly - to keep the dance floor busy all throughout your big day!

Our bilingual team will work with you prior to your big day to gather toasts and announcements ahead of time so that they can translate for guests that do not speak the language, so that no one will feel left out and everyone can experience and understand each memorable moment and heartfelt speech.

¡Nuestros DJs bilingües son de lo mejor! No solo son súper profesionales y tienen experiencia, sino que también hablan español e inglés. Pueden mezclar cualquier tipo de música, ¡y es seguro que la pista de baile estará llena durante toda la fiesta!

Antes de tu gran día, nos sentaremos contigo para preparar todo. Podemos traducir el brindis o cualquier anuncio especial para los invitados que no hablen el idioma. Así, nadie se pierde de nada y todos disfrutan cada momento especial. ¡Queremos que todos se sientan incluidos en tu celebración!

YOUR WEDDING SPECIALIST

When you book, you'll be assigned to your dedicated Wedding Specialist that will guide you through every step of how to coordinate your wedding entertainment with ease. We've developed our handy Wedding Music Timeline Form to assist you in putting everything together so we don't miss any of the details, and we know exactly what you want us to play. After receiving your information, we'll put together a simple and concise Music Timeline you can even share with all your vendors. Our DJs like to meet with you at least once to go over your timeline, and often once more to view your venue so they can be sure to know where to set-up, plug-in, park, etc. Either your DJ or Wedding Specialist can also walk you through your grand entrance and any other items you'd like to go over ahead of time.
