Why You Need a Wedding Coordinator

wedding planner, coordinator, event coordinator, event planning, wedding help, details, decor, inspiration, columbia mo, missouri

There are a lot of details to remember for a party as extravagant as a wedding. Having a comprehensive timeline and decor list put together by someone that understands what goes into successfully executing a wedding will help you (and your closest friends and family) sleep much better at night the month leading up to your big day.

What is a wedding coordinator?

Your coordinator is someone that has experience working weddings - all different kinds, is someone that has built good relationships with other vendors and venues, and (as an extra perk) usually comes with an Wedding Day Emergency Kit. Not to mention he/she is NOT busy being a part of your wedding party.

Your friends and family love you and would do anything for you, but often asking them to do all the work the morning of your wedding just stresses them out and inevitably will stress you out as well. After all, we invite our friends and family to celebrate with us, and we want them to have a good experience.
