Your Blue Diamond Events Wedding Coordinator is someone that has real experience working weddings (all different kinds) is someone that has built good relationships with other vendors and venues, and (as an extra perk) comes with a Wedding Day Emergency Kit, not to mention he/she is NOT busy being a party of your wedding party. Your friends and family love you and would do anything for you, but often asking them to do all the work the morning of your wedding just stresses them out and inevitably will still stress you out as well. After all, we invite our friends and family to celebrate with us, and we want them to have a good experience.
HOW WE CAN HELP
Your assigned Blue Diamond Events Wedding Specialist and Coordinator will put together a detailed floor plan, timeline, and itinerary for your wedding weekend. This includes information on your decor setup, coordination of your vendors and rental arrivals. Your coordinator will also be your personal point of contact for any questions/concerns throughout your wedding weekend, pass out any remaining vendor payments and/or gratuity, and take care of your personal items and gifts at the end of the day. Basically we make sure everyone and everything is in the right place at the right time - ensuring your Wedding Day is a success!
