"Day-Of" Coordination (2 coordinators) | $2000:
This package is for the couple that wants to design their own decor theme, and book their own venue and vendors, but wants to avoid the stress of having to worry about when and where everyone will be showing up to set-up on their special day. Our Coordinating team will start putting together the details of your timeline and floor plan a few months prior to your wedding. We'll attend your rehearsal ceremony to be sure everyone understands the order, when to walk, what music will play, what to say, etc. When your big day is finally here, we'll arrive prior to your first vendor on the day of your wedding to be sure your floor plan is accurate, your decor is set-up just as you've imagined it, and all of your vendors arrive on time with everything they need to deliver a flawless wedding experience. Your coordinating team will run the show behind the scenes to be sure everything happens on time, you’ve got everything you need, and your guests are well taken care of. At the end of the night we’ll be sure to get all of your rental items, decor, cards and gifts packed up and ready to be picked up and/or delivered to their final destination. Our team will spend an average of 47 hours arranging all of the details & coordinating your wedding weekend.

This package is for the bride that wants to have a part in the planning process, but needs a little help putting all of the details and decor together into one cohesive, beautiful theme; and also wants to avoid the stress of having to worry about when and where everyone will be showing up to set-up on their special day. Our team will spend an average of 87 hours planning out all of the details & coordinating your wedding weekend. This includes the following services:
Attend meetings with client and vendors to choose appropriate service items
Contract review
Vendor Meetings (DJ, Florist, Bakery, Caterer, Photographer, etc.)
Tastings (Cake/Dessert and Catering)
Decor Selection
Client Task Tracking and Budget Management with online Aisle Planner software
Client Login to Aisle Planner Software
Creation of a detailed weekend itinerary/timeline and floor plan (2D version & 3D video walk-through)
Creation of simplified Wedding Party Timeline
Coordination of services/details with venue and individual vendors

This package is for the couple that wants to have our team of creative wedding specialists piece together all of the details for their unique wedding vision. We’ll meet with you to go over your desired style, experience and budget. Then we’ll get to work on finding you the perfect venue, vendors, and decor pieces to create your look. When it comes to booking your venues and vendors, we maintain great relationships with the best locations and companies in Mid-Missouri so that we can help you select the perfect wedding packages for your needs and budget. You won’t have to worry about anything going wrong because we’ve already worked with all of these wedding experts, and we know they do an awesome job. We’ll be sure to update you every step of the way, so you can still enjoy seeing the big picture come together (and have a say in choosing your decor if you so choose) without actually worrying about doing all of the work yourself. This full planning package includes our Day-Of Coordinating services so you can be sure everything will be taken care of just as you've imagined it. Our team will spend an average of 120 hours planning out all of the details & coordinating your wedding weekend. This includes the following services:
