As the global coronavirus pandemic unfolds, Blue Diamond Events has been working hard to continue to provide high quality wedding services for our clients.
We've tried and tested a number of different combinations of software and digital tech tricks to put together the following new Virtual Wedding Packages. I'm happy to say that we've successfully hosted a number of Live Stream Events since March of 2020!
Our team is ready to help you host your Virtual, Hybrid, or At-Home-Wedding online so that all of your loved ones (including your parents, grandparents, and wedding party) and intended guests can still be there to celebrate with you!
We know this is a difficult time for everyone planning their wedding day right now. We are all working through this strange and ever evolving time together and it’s new and scary and overwhelming. Now more than ever it’s time to turn to your local vendors and trust us.

What does a Virtual Wedding look like?
Your wedding can be planned and managed in person or online, the same way it always would, through your online Client Portal and meetings with our team of Wedding Specialists. Your specialist will work with you to determine your unique wedding day needs and wants and help you pick the proper package.
STAY AT HOME WEDDINGS
If you choose our Full Service Stay-At-Home (quarantine) Wedding Planning Package, you'll meet with our lead wedding planner to lay out the details of your day.

Once everything's set-up and ready to go, your planner will then become your virtual tech, and host your wedding live stream on location through our Virtual Event Software.*
Pricing based off of our online wedding consulting hourly pricing and the cost of supplies.

VIRTUAL & HYBRID WEDDINGS
Are you planning a minimony (just you, your soon-to-be-spouse, and the officiant of course!), but would still like to broadcast your day to family and friends?
Or, are you still planning to host your big day, but you've had to drastically reduced your guest list?
Don't worry! We can help you broadcast the day's festivities to guests that are no longer able to attend.
Our Virtual Wedding Packages have got everything you need to live stream each special moment in real time.

Packages & Pricing
Online Wedding Planning + Day-of Management | $35/hr:
We'll work with you and your vendors to pick the best available options for your special day. Then, when that day finally arrives, we'll check in with your vendors to be sure all of your ordered items are delivered on time.
Virtual Invitation, Wedding Website Creation, & RSVP Services | $35/hr:
We'll create your personalized Virtual Wedding Invitations and send them out to all of your guests. We'll also manage your guest RSVPs to be sure they know where your virtual "venue" space is and how to get there to partake in your wedding festivities. We'll include all of the information a regular invitation & wedding website would include, and we'll track your guests' replies to let you know who'll be joining you on your big day. Personalization is included in the design style of your choice.
Live Stream Wedding Tech Services | $175/hr:
Your Live Stream Tech will bring along all of the necessary audio, video, and streaming equipment to broadcast your "I do's" online so that the guests of your choice (up to 100 streams) can participate in the festivities. Guests will receive a virtual invite with the date, time, and a link to watch your wedding via your Zoom Wedding Channel. Our Virtual Event Software allows us to customize your Zoom experience to match your wedding decor.*
Virtual DJ/MC Service | $75/hr:
Your DJ/MC will become your Virtual Wedding Host to lead your wedding day events. They will host your Zoom call to play all of your wedding day music, for however many hours you'd like, from their offsite livestream location. And don't worry, we can walk you through how to set up your Zoom account from home.
Stay-At-Home Wedding Photography & Videography Services | $425/hr:
Our Blue Diamond Events Photographer is available to document your wedding day and capture each special moment.
High Quality Digital Prints and/or Video Highlights Reel is included in your package.
Custom Wedding Albums and Prints are also available.
*Wi-Fi is required onsite to host virtual wedding services.
