One of the greatest compliments we can receive as wedding professionals is when a family trusts us not once, but twice.
Years ago, we had the honor of planning another wedding for Jennifer's family. So when Jennifer and Konrad reached out to have us be part of their celebration at The Country Club of Missouri, it felt less like meeting new clients and more like reconnecting with old friends.

Their vision was anything but ordinary—a colorful retro disco-inspired celebration filled with vibrant florals, bold fashion choices, playful details, and plenty of personality.
The final result was equal parts elegant, nostalgic, and unforgettable.
A Wedding That Was Unapologetically Them
One of the things we loved most about Jennifer and Konrad's wedding was their confidence in creating a celebration that reflected who they truly are—not what they thought a wedding "should" look like.
Their retro disco inspiration wasn't about recreating the 1970s. Instead, it served as the perfect foundation for a wedding that felt joyful, artistic, and full of life.
From the vibrant bridesmaid dresses and colorful patterned ties to the playful disco ball accents tucked throughout the floral design, every detail worked together to create an atmosphere that immediately made guests smile.

The reception space came alive with rich yellow and purple linens, colorful bud vases overflowing with fresh blooms, glowing taper candles, and thoughtful details that felt whimsical without sacrificing elegance.
It was bold.
It was sophisticated.
Most importantly—it felt completely like Jennifer and Konrad.
And that's exactly what every wedding should strive to be.
Bringing Their Vision to Life
By the time Jennifer and Konrad hired us for our Final Stages Planning + Coordination package, they had already made many of the major planning decisions.
What they needed wasn't someone to change their vision.
They needed someone to help refine it.

Throughout the final months leading up to the wedding, we worked together to tie every remaining detail together—helping finalize logistics, answer design questions, coordinate vendors, and ensure that each piece supported the overall experience they wanted their guests to have.
One of our favorite parts of the planning process was helping complete the reception design.
Sometimes it's not about adding more décor.
It's about knowing which finishing touches will transform a room from beautiful to unforgettable.
Why Linens Matter More Than Most Couples Realize
When couples begin designing their wedding, flowers often receive the most attention.
But one of the largest visual elements in any reception space is actually the linens.
The right linen color has the power to completely change the mood of a room.

For Jennifer and Konrad, the vibrant yellow, blue, pink, green, orange, and purple linens became the retro-inspired canvas that allowed every other design element to shine. The colorful florals felt even more vibrant, the candles stood out beautifully, and the disco-inspired accents felt playful without overwhelming the space.

Because we were able to provide both the linen rentals and our extensive collection of colorful bud vases, the design process felt seamless. Every element complemented the next, creating a cohesive look from the moment guests walked into the reception.
It's one of the advantages of working with a team that doesn't just coordinate your wedding—we also help curate and provide many of the design elements that bring your vision together.
Peace of Mind When It Matters Most
As wedding week approaches, something changes for every couple.
The excitement grows.
But so do the questions.
Has every vendor been confirmed?
Who will direct setup?
Who keeps the timeline moving?
Who handles the unexpected?
That's exactly where Final Stages Planning + Coordination becomes invaluable.
Our role was to step in during those final weeks, take ownership of the logistics, communicate with vendors, oversee setup, manage the timeline, and ensure every moving piece came together exactly as planned.
Instead of answering phone calls and solving problems on their wedding day, Jennifer and Konrad were able to spend that time exactly where they belonged—with each other, their families, and their closest friends.

Those are moments you can never get back.
And we believe every couple deserves to experience them.
Creating an Experience Guests Will Remember
Beautiful décor may catch your guests' attention.
But experiences are what they'll remember years later.
One of the highlights of the evening was our Diamond Photo Booth, which perfectly complemented the wedding's playful retro disco aesthetic. Guests grabbed props, laughed together, and left with keepsakes that captured the energy of the celebration.
Some of our favorite weddings are the ones where every generation joins in—from grandparents to college friends to little ones on the dance floor.
Jennifer and Konrad's celebration was exactly that.
The room felt full of laughter, conversation, dancing, and genuine connection.

That's the kind of atmosphere you simply can't manufacture.
It's created when thoughtful planning allows everyone—including the couple—to relax and enjoy the celebration.
The Best Vendor Teams Feel Like Friends
One thing we often remind couples is this:
You're not just hiring vendors based on their portfolio.
You're choosing the people who will stand beside you during one of the most important days of your life.
Your planner is there during the emotional moments.
Your photographer captures memories that will last forever.
Your entertainment team sets the energy for the celebration.
Your vendor team becomes part of your wedding story.
Jennifer and Konrad surrounded themselves with professionals who genuinely cared about creating an incredible experience—not only for them, but for every guest in attendance.
Watching everyone work together toward the same goal is always one of our favorite parts of wedding day.
Because when vendors collaborate well, couples feel the difference.

Thank You, Jennifer + Konrad
Jennifer and Konrad's wedding was a beautiful reminder that luxury doesn't have to mean neutral colors or traditional design.
Luxury is creating a celebration that reflects your story.
It's surrounding yourself with people you love.
It's choosing details that make you smile.
It's trusting your vendor team enough to be fully present on your wedding day.
And for us, it was especially meaningful to celebrate alongside a family who had trusted us before.

Being invited back for another milestone is something we'll never take for granted.
Jennifer and Konrad, thank you for allowing us to play a part in such an incredible day.
We hope every time you look back at your photographs, flip through your Photo Booth prints, or hear a song that reminds you of your reception, you're transported right back to this joyful celebration.
Congratulations again, Mr. & Mrs. Kemper. We wish you a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and plenty of reasons to keep dancing.
