This year's Fall Bridal Showcase at the Holiday Inn Executive Center was a success. Our team of Wedding Specialists had a great time getting to know all the newly engaged couples and their entourages.
Here's a look at our vintage, rustic-romantic, burgundy and blush booth:
Introducing ... our new 4-tier faux buttercream wedding cake. I'm happy to say we pulled off this D.I.Y. project on the first try. Of course it wouldn't have been complete without the help of Kent - owner of Kent's Floral Gallery. His florals really took our cake to the next level. Isn't this a gorgeous mix of burgundy cockscomb, blush and cream roses, seeded eucalyptus and salal greenery?
Our rustic cake stand, wooden crates, and candlesticks were all compliments of Courtney - owner of Pretty Little Things.
And of course no cake table would be complete without champagne glasses, a cake serving set, and a luxurious linen. All of these items, including the matte satin burgundy linens we used throughout our booth, were provided by A-1 Party and Event Rentals.
DJ + MC
Ahhhh the beloved greenery wall. I love the way our faux lemon leaf wall makes our all white Elite DJ Booth and sleek new Evolve 50 speaker system stand out.

Courtney's tufted burgundy sofa really stole the show! Everyone was asking about it. This vintage gem was the central design element to our booth along with our Kona Arbor and blush drapes. I couldn't be happier with the way the bold burgundy color and velvet texture of the sofa complimented the soft blush voile drapes and dark wood arbor design.
Another new item seen in our booth was this retractable banner. Everyone is always asking us "Soooo ... what do you guys do?" Now it's obvious! LOL It features some of our favorite past wedding moments. We're so excited to use this for upcoming shows and events.
Flowers
Kent really went all out! We love him and his work! Here's a close up of one of the floral bouquets.
Our arbor was decorated with beautifully arranged garlands of burgundy and pink cockscomb, blush and white roses, and mixed greenery.
Photo Booth
Our Modern Diamond Booth made an appearance in front of our burgundy rosette backdrop! Guests loved trying out the booth to see how it worked and everyone kept commenting on the custom graphics we designed.
This template looks great with a variety of backdrops!
Giveaway
We chose Custom Monogram Lighting for our giveaway item this wedding show. We displayed a custom designed wedding monogram on the floor of our booth for booth-goers to see.
