As the sun set, cocktail hour commenced, and guests reveled in the joyous atmosphere. Champagne, an open bar, delightful hors d'oeuvres, and music from artists to the likes of Billy Idol, No Doubt, Outcast, and The Black Keys made for a memorable and delectable experience. The day was seamless, thanks to the hard work of our team, the venue staff, and our vendor team, ensuring that everything flowed effortlessly from start to finish.
Every couple's playlist is fully customized for each client's unique taste, and Sarah + Eric's wedding was no exception to that rule! Reception festivities officially commenced with the Wedding Party's Grand Entrance to the song "Sleep Now in the Fire"by Rage Against the Machine, followed by our Newlyweds' Grand Entrance to "Celebrity Skin"by Hole.
Our couple opted to skip the traditional cake cutting, and kept things moving with dinner followed by a heartfelt toasts from the bride's father, Charlie, the best man, Ted, and the maid of honor, Katie, that brought both laughter and tears, expressing the profound love and admiration for our honored guests.
As the evening unfolded, the dance floor beckoned, and the couple shared their first dance as husband and wife, swaying to the rhythm of "Hard to Concentrate" by Red Hot Chili Peppers. The lively playlist, curated by Blue Diamond Events Pro Host DJ Chris with a little help from our couple, ignited the dance party, and kept the guests on their feet all night long.
Despite skipping the traditional cake cutting, they still chose to keep the bouquet and garter toss in the evenings timeline, and guests had a blast dancing and eating delicious desserts for the remainder of the evening.
