Event Logs | Elegant Navy Blue Cherry Hill Wedding

Cherry Hill Event Center was decorated with string lights as well as white and navy flowers for this elegant themed wedding. The bridesmaids wore navy dresses with accented diamond straps. The bride wore a simple strapless satin gown and her hair in a twisted up-do.

The reception began with a cocktail hour. As the couple made their grand entrance “Shut Up and Dance” by Walk the Moon played. The maid of honor and best man started off the toasts. This was followed by the cutting of the cake and the couple’s first dance as Mr. and Mrs.!

Dollar dances, a growing trend, made an appearance at this modern wedding. This is a fun way for the couple to make some extra cash for their honeymoon while also spending time dancing with loved ones. Family and friends lined up to dance with the bride and the groom while the Best Man and the Maid of Honor acted as bouncers to collect money. Everyone had a blast getting one on one time with the couple.

The married couple’s custom playlist by Blue Diamond Events rocked the house. Their music choices included a combination of Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Miley Cyrus and The Chainsmokers which really livened up the party. Artists such as Train, Jason Mraz, and Ed Sheeran played during the romantic slow dances. DJ Jake Gipson, from Blue Diamond Events, hosted the night. He encouraged everyone to get on the dance floor with his upbeat announcements. When “Cupid Shuffle” came on, the floor swarmed with guests.
