Event Logs | Intimate Mansion Wedding

Carl and Yuri celebrated their big day in O'Fallon, Illinois at The Mansion. This unique venue, built in 1857, has quite the history and plenty of old world charm. It was part of the underground railroad. Over 200 slaves successfully passed through this area. And Abraham Lincoln even dined there!

Friends and family gathered on the front lawn of the mansion across from a beautiful lake on the hot May afternoon.

Soft white cascading flowers and their dark green leaves draped the fountain at the center of the aisle as the wedding party took their places.

It was a lovely ceremony, followed by cocktail hour on the back lawn where guests enjoyed punch and hor'dourves.

Following cocktail hour Yury and Carl made their Grand Entrance into the main dining area where their sweetheart table was adorned with mint napkins, gold chargers, and their soft pink and white bouquets.

I love the way our Head Table Uplighting in candlelight looks against the fireplace!

The rest of the evening was full of cake, drinks, and dancing in the front parlor rooms of the mansion.

DJ Jonathan was on the 1's and 2's mixing both English and Spanish favorite for his bilingual guests. Everyone had a great time and danced late into the night.
